Call center Indian sounding woman claiming to be Carphone Warehouse and asking me about my phone and can I confirm I want to upgrade. On asking where they got my number from she said my network gave it to them. I’m not so sure my network would pass my number to a ‘rival’ phone provider.

I gave my details to a Fake BBC New story on Facebook about trading software and this company keeps calling me. I have asked them three times to delete my contact details under the GDPR "right to be forgotten" and they simply get abusive. They are looking for me to "activate my account and upload £200 on a debit/credit card".

Hi, I received a call from 0843 724 0523 which had a recorded message claiming to be from Lloyds and TSB and offering me the option of claiming potential refunds I am due if I press 5. I was then transferred to a tele -sales company asking me for my name and then offering to claim for PPI. This seems to be at the very least misleading but not sure if it is criminal?
