Cold call to TPS registered line, the caller was trying to sell business finance.

who is this and where did they get my number from?? i did get someone at the other end earlier today , they mumbled something, called me by a name then the line went dead. I can only assume that whoever was on the other end was a complete arsehole and i would not want to speak to him again anyway. time the authoroties got a grip with these cold callers and put a stop to it. telephone preference registration is a complete waste of time!!!

Arrow pinpoints bedding company! I have a call connect phone so cold callers plus anyone who won’t leave a name for me to vet can’t get through.
Called me a few times, I ignored it, then decided to answer it today and they just hung up straight away without saying anything.
