SCAM / SPAM - This number's been spamming my phone for days, usually ignore it, but today I rang it back and it was an Indian guy who answered and refused to say who he was and why he was calling until I told him who I was, well that was never gonna happen! Also sounded like he was driving at the time! He also said he wasn't from Manchester even though it was a Manchester number showing up!
I was called twice this afternoon by 0203 0191567 ( 06th of July 2016 ) and when I answered no one replied both times.
Garbled sound so possibly Voip call from somewhere other than Reading
