Received a call from a gentleman with a welsh accent, he said they had dealt with me before regarding a ppi package bank account. The name he gave was McCann something or other. I said I don t think so as I have never heard of the company before. He said it was a long time ago. I said I think I would have remembered and besides I already have someone else dealing with this at the moment. He then went on to ask me about pensions, he said he had my name on their data base so I said well I have already had one

This was about selling funeral plans and was extremely insensitively done and far too early in the morning. I would like to complain about it but can't get hld of anyone. I don't think these kind of calls re death and funerals should come in unsolicited - what if someone had just been diagnosed with cancer. And I had just been grieving for my sister. This does not feel right.

This is a genuine company as we had our loft insulation done by them. HOWEVER, despite them offering me free insulation and me telling them that if they checked their records, that they would know that we already done by them, they continue to phone and offer roof and cavity insulation, and sometimes they don t reply!!
