SCAM. Claimed to be calling from Bt open reach about 1 hour after similar call from Manchester number.
Calls me up to 5 times a day, I have asked them to stop calling and to remove my number, but they just hang up, then call again the next day.

This number is a nuisance PPI caller tricking you to ring him back by hanging up as soon as you pick up the phone to answer the call so he can avoid his number being registered...
Definitely Kwik Fit Insurance. Damned nuisance.
