Fraud Someone claiming to be from Amazon and an unauthorized purchase was being made. I laughed then he hung up
Call claiming to be from "ESO" and "working on behalf of Ofgem". Didn t actually say they were the "Energy Services Ombudsman" but I presume it was their hope that I d think they were official. Wanted to let me know that "changes to Ofgem rules" meant that we could opt out of contract renewals outwith the usual 90 day period. Been called from this number 3 times in as many days. Last occasion I simply answered with Acton police station, can I help you ? Hopefully no more calls ! Obvious scam !
