I keep getting calls from this number - how do I stop this ?

POINTLESS CALL - when I answered a recording said "this is not a sales call, we ll call back later".... then disconnected??? What was the point???

Fraud I think saying they were from Government department and if I didn't call back they would be carry on with prosecuting me so very threatening
Claimed to be calling from The Government about how I qualified for an improvement grant. Called me Mr nnnn ( nnnn stands for my wife s maiden name). Only company that has done this in the past (and did so regularly) was British Telecom, so presumably BT sold them my (incorrect) details.
