Got a call from this unknown Luton number today 10/12/15 picked up call but caller refused to say a word and then dropped call.

I called it back and it rang for 1 ring and again it hung up. checking my phone records I've had a few calls and it is a, "Recently had an accident call" . This a nuisance call. I will be reporting it and blocking it from my phone. WmReply
