Prank calls by robocall. This "guy" accused me that I was using his WIFI because I have a history with his wife. He said my name so I think you can customize the call with an app.

I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined.
