SCAM Called to state that my national insurance number was being suspended due to illegal activity. Time-sensitive to get back to them, etc. etc.
Call to my landline 16 April at 12:13. Caller asked for a name which even after repeating could not be recognised. Then proceded with what might have been sales patter but Asian accent and speed of delivery made it incomprehensable. Respond that I couldn t understand anything she said and hung up.
I am fed up with calls from this number. How can they be allowed to do this - is there no way of stopping them?

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
