Fake BT internet caller

Asked to speak with my manager, I asked who they were and where they were calling from, advised his name was Sam from British Gas then proceeded to discuss N Power, I asked him to verify the company. After much back and "fourthing"he advised he was from "Duel Fuel" and his name was Jamal. Then he asked what was the company he has called an our number!! Very odd

Unknown call from this number. I missed the call (just not quick enough to answer) and rang straight back, it rang and no-one answered after a reasonable amount of time so hung up.

CVD, pain in the backside wanting me to renew my van insurance, these calls every hour or so plus calls and texts to my mobile and also emails. This number has been spoofed so that it appears as the CLI of the caller when it has no relationship to the people originating the call. This number was assigned to a legitimate business in Surrey.
