Very rude indeed. Husband picked up the phone and they wouldn't say who they were or what they wanted. same number called yesterday, claiming to be AAC - but can't find them on internet. Kept talking over my husband, saying he'd call back later to speak to me. Very rude!!

Another pain in the arse call about an accident. I asked them where they'd got the number and was told that it was "publicly available from a list of people who'd had accidents". In that case, I said, why are you asking me if I've had an accident? That obviously wasn't in their script as they hung up. Usually I enjoy winding cold callers up a bit but today it just irritated me.
