They claim to be a government backed scheme to help people out of debt.... yet another scam taking advantage of generally young and vulnerable people who have made past mistakes. I spoke to them and pulled them up on their so called backing, couldn't provide anything other than a jumped up wanna be trying to tell me that they are!

SCAM selling something on gumtree sent a list of questions via txt which were answered in the advert. Very odd wording to txt using phrases like my dear friend will you accept me etc seems to be a paypal based scam as the last question was do you accept paypal bearing in mind this is for a car very suspect. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20363008xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, accident claims, boiler schemes, insurance marketing, "you win a voucher.." - wide scope :), pure telemarketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

Claim to be from the Admin Department of Eco Smart, concerned that my business hadn't responded to document sent by my electricity or gas supplier at my business address. Couldn't tell me which electricity supplier we use or confirm any other details, or why my own supplier hadn't contacted me directly. Presume a scam of some kind.

I got a call from them querying a legitimate transaction. They are genuine, however they annoyed me greatly by taking an age to load my account and kept me on hold for longer than I liked whilst they looked into it. For a fraud department I would have liked them to have been way quicker.
