I received a call from this number this morning. The caller had my name. When I asked who was calling, the man stated that it was Direct Claims Group regarding the minor accident I'd had. I replied that 'You must mean the minor accident that I haven't had!' and told him to get off the line. When I checked Companies House records, there were two companies called 'Direct Claims Group'. One was dissolved in 2018 and the other in 2019. So the call was definitely annoying and probably suspicious.
They called my mobile, but I got Spam Warning. They called again. I blocked this number.

Numbers 01182-302112 -308128 & -308140 are loft insulation scams. Phone rings and caller, a computer, hangs up if it doesn't hear a voice! If you answer "hello" or anything else, your line is then logged as a 'VOICE LINE' and you'll be called back sometime later by a con-artist! Whenever you don't recognize a number, DON'T SPEAK! JUST LISTEN! If you don't hear anyone and the line goes dead, then you've just successfully escaped being scammed! Well done :-)

A very well spoken man said he was calling from some company (I didn't catch the name) to do with my Scottish Widows life insurance. He asked for me by name and said he was calling from Microsoft then asked if I was the main user of the computer in my hone. I asked "Which Computer is that then?" and he hung up. Another number check site has lots of people checking this number and it appears to be from various different places so I think it must be an attempt to access a persons computer or something like that.
