SCAM about Amazon order that you've ordered for £1000's of pounds! They ask you to press one to confirm your details and give wrong numbers so you correct them and before you know it they have the info they rewuire. But, i knew I hadnt bought from amazon for weeks, I spoke to my bank they checked it abd took doen the phone number so their fraud department could look into it.

SCAM Callcenter claiming to be a solicitor firm offering to add me to their group compensation claim against Mercedes and BMW for emissions defeating devices fitted to cars. I could get thousands of pounds in compensation. Same company uses many other numbers and does not honour cease and desist requests nor do they comply with the Data Protection Act and UK-GDPR requests to remove my details from their Database. Possible FRAUD and SCAM - AVOID

Fraud Claiming someone had just used 'your Visa' to withdraw £900 and to press 1.

Purported to be from Carphone Warehouse trying to do a good deal. I've had this type of call from other numbers so don't believe it's real. Told her I'd just taken out a new contract. She was polite enough and said goodbye.

SCAM - Never even called them and still got charged on my bill !!!!!

Not only did I have to pay 25 quid to move address (to a lower risk profile). They charged me 3 quid in phone charges. Hastings Direct - You have no customer care. I will never use you again.

They have called numerous times wanting us to pay for goggle listings goggle for listings and maps even though we informed them that our web was designed and is with a company who informed us not to engage with them. after I hung up they kept calling back

Government they wanted me to release my social over the phone for some random bullshit they wouldn’t tell me about because they needed my information to talk to me about it.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers, fake PPI claims, ... - inviting you to call them back). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8437240xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?
