SCAM / SPAM Supposedly HMRC , if i don't press 1 then a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Really !!!

Nuisance call - spoke to someone and they asked if I was at the same address and then listed the address and advised me my pack was on its way. I asked him to remove my details and the response was 'you're already gone mate.' and the line went dead. Avoid at all costs. Scumbag callers.

Seems to be some call center, I can see more similar numbers (all the same range 16124978xx, just last 2 or 3 digits different) reported here already. No idea who is behind it, they left no message, no VM. I really don't answer unknown numbers, tried to dig some info about this number first on internet, but no luck so far. People did someone answer it?

Couldn't understand name of company even though I asked him to repeat it. However very pleasant man calling about an incident report he'd received concerning an accident I'd been involved in. Told him I hadn't. He politely queried it, but I said I hadn't and was continually getting this type of call - he apologised and said he'd mark my number "not to call"

Had a missed call and went to ring the number then my phone advised it is potential fraud t or to buy. Comments on other sites advise this is a scam.

PPI firm that would not identify itself. The first person said I was due to receive an PPI payment of £8,300 but wanted my DoB and full name "for security purposes". I passed the check even though I lied about my DoB. I was then transferred to a colleague who wanted my address so the courier could deliver the cheque and he wanted to know who else was living at my address and what investments we had. I lied.
