Continued from before.... Steps I did: 1. Massively panicked 2. Forwarded the message to 7726, and followed their instructions and text STOP to the number (83463). 3. Logged it with the ICO. 4. Called the number (0330....5) in the morning and couldn't get through. 5. Called Three, told them about all the information I'd sought out and how good they'd been.
