Really rude patronising woman, harping on about loans and knew a few of my details, which was disconcerting. Bank, name address. I have had no loans but still kept insisting I had.

He kept calling ny hubbt Ma am instead of sir and he heard me laughing in background and said, why are you laughing you f**king credit b**ch then put the phone down. Caller mentioned we were registered with a call blocking scheme and knew my name, address, that we pay our phone bill by direct debit and that the card used expires next year and asked for expiry month. Not comfortable with call so refused to say and hung up.
