Call from this number, but put the phone down when I answered. Did not ring back but suspect it is similar to some of the other comments against 01340 numbers

this number has rung me 3 times today when i answer the call ends when you dial back says the number is not in service.

likes others have said, they call several times a week and hang up if you ever answer. I got a "free" warranty from them when I brought a second hand car, now I m guessing they are trying to get me to extend this warranty as it s about to run out.

Written to British Gas filed a legal compliant about harassment calls i received from this number and another two for the past 35 days. The calls stopped and today it is back again for the first time.

I Got the call twice from this number to my mobile phone within a week. First time its disconnected as soon as I picked the call. Second time someone spoke with me and verified my name by telling the name correctly and asking that have I met with a road accident and claiming. I have replied my name is correct but I didn t met any accident and applying claims. called my mobile saying that i had had an accident with my car in the last 12 months which is really funny as i do not one a car they knew my name 2 just a bunch of scammers

Claimed to be from "Alba Services", saying that "money has been allocated" for improving energy efficiency in homes. Told me that they got the phone number from a "homeowner database" but wouldn t give any further info. It must be a crap database as this is a newsagents shop.... Chancing scammers.
