This number should be a landline from London - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... This landline from London area is used by call center working for non-profit organisations, mostly connected with Amnesty International, but can be used for different organisations. This call center uses more numbers from the same range (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated). If you are not interested in fundraising, I recommend to block the whole 2034760xxx range...
