2 calls today from these people, the second time the caller was, I said I wasn't interested as I believed it to be a scam, and I asked to be removed from their list. they argued it wasn't a scam, I asked to be removed a second and then third time, the final time he simply said, in an angry and loud voice "NO" and then hung up immediately.! This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls - surveys, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. You end up cannot sleeping once this organisation gets sold your telephone number but you just cannot stop these people automating calls by a computer to keep you awake and deprived of your sleep!

Claimed to be BT and01784321234 if I did not co-operate with logging on to my laptop so that the aggressive man could show me all the issues with my boardband, then my internet wouldn t be secure! Received a call from this number today. The woman said she was calling from a children s charity - possibly tubs . I politely said we were not interested and she rather aggressively replied that I didn t know why she was calling. I told her not to get shirty with me and put the phone down. It may have been a legitiment call but we receive a lot of scam calls also and I didn t like the tone of her reply after I had been polite to her.
