He is located in the UK but lists his location as Ralphs Ranch, San Francisco, California. He calls himself the Master of the Game - in stealing your money as a professional trader in financial services. Sounds as if it is a bank scam call as it was a recorded message warning me of suspicious transactions to companies which I hadn't used before. As you would expect from a recorded message, it didn't ask for myself or my wife in person or to try & authenticate me.
