First issue I had with this is I don t or never have banked with Santander.vso I sourced the local branch number to enquire if someone had opened an account in my name or if there were any fraudulent activity regarding my name number. Asked me about my nationwide account gave his name as Daniel but had an Indian accent, asked his full name wouldn t give me I then advised I do not have a nationwide account he hung up. Tried to call back and recorded msg saying it is an incorrect telephone number!!!
Answered in error, started to get aggressive when I asked them why they was calling and to delete from calling list.
Also had a call from 0178 297 0497 when asked who is calling - replied window people - asked where did you get my number from? - replied we collect numbers - asked how do you collect numbers - put the phone down.
