Very suspicious. Stated that I had incurred debt in several locations. Wanted to offer me a loan, and kept pushing to give a loan. Got angry when I accused them of being a scammer.

Wasn t happy when started to ask for relatively minor details (address/post code) so caller advised not prepared to discuss further. Not content with my perspective of "This is unsolicited, from a number I don t recognise, and you ve advised you are as acting as a 3rd party" tried to push on. SCAM. Claimed to be from Sky, checking Broadband speed but then wanted me to log onto a website (nothing to do with Sky) and input personal info. Couldn't tell me my name, address, or any info to confirm that they were genuine, except for a Sky account number which was wrong. When I challenged the operator they started off defensive and then became aggressive and abusive.

Further communication has netted me "a freelance role, £30-£40p/hr, flexible working time 60 -120 mins a day" and would like me to speak on Telegram and then WhatsApp for more information. No company website or recruitment page links available.
This number just called me re a survey, they TOLD me if I answered their questions my name would be taken off their mailing list! stop calling me!

These cold callers just don’t get it, do they? I know many businesses who became very successful without having to make a single cold call. How did they do it? They built a good website and then spent the time and money on getting that website to the top of search results, so when people typed in a search for their product or service, their website appeared at the top or near the top of the search results. The very fact these cold callers are clearly too incompetent to do this (hence they need to cold call)

The call from this number was automated and the content very aggressive and threatening. According to the map, it came an area of Virgin Money Lounge in Manchester. I ignored it!!!
They called my mobile and left a message for me to phone with meter readings (even though I sumitted them on-line in last 30 days). They get paid for each reading, without them collecting it. So my energy provider has increased costs(passed onto the customer) to receive something they already have. I ll save costs for me and my provider by submitting on-line.
