Multiple calls, every day, every week...

Debt collector. Had been receiving calls daily. Finally answered and they asked for my address and dob! Hung up and did research on the company. Called them back as I didn t think I had any debts. Gave them my details, but they had my old address. Confirmed that. Asked for me by name and claimed to be from Hear to Help. They asked if anyone had ever worked in a noisy environment. I asked where they got my number from and they said The British Data Company. This is what I ve been told in the past when I ve had the same type of phone call from The Hearing Clinic. I told them I was on the TPS and they said it was their first time calling me. I refused to answer their questions and they hung up.

I did not answer this call - too busy - but when I checked later I learned from another site that the criminals were at work again, pretending to be from Talk Talk and claiming there was an internet problem. Their only aim is to dangerously infect computers and steal information.

Persistent calls asking for someone not known to me. I have had the same landline number for over 40 years.They just ignore my requests to remove my number. Have now blocked them.
