Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1622370xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing - classical accident chasers, RTA. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Quoted me an email I used years ago for spam and said I had recently entered a competition to win an iPhone.. however I hadn't won but now was allowed to enter into a secret lottery syndicate. In short it's a sales call trying to sell you entry in a lottery syndicate.. whether it's legit I do not know. Had 3 other numbers this week also doing the same I've had to block.
