SPAM - "Green Energy Advice Bureau". Addressing potential leads as "mate" and claiming they haven't phoned us before, which they definitely have.
Offered free loft insulation inspection. Don't think it's a scam, but I don't know what they would get out of it as I refused the offer.
Missed call called number back, BT said number not recognised. This number calls me nearly every day, I did answer it once and they put the phone down. It’s very annoying , I have blocked the number now.
The caller said my Sky and tv equipment insurance had expired. Don’t have any. When l asked what he wanted me to do he said renew it. I asked again for whom he was calling - repeated the above. Got called by this number around 4:30PM on 21 March 2023. Guy with an Indian accent spoke, but hung-up after about 5 seconds. Tried phoning back, and it says "Welcome to Farn Mart", but none of the options connect you to anyone, it just hangs-up after you choose one.

Received a call today (25.01.23) stating I was being investigated by HMRC and to press number 1 to speak with an operative. I just did nothing and the call was ended automatically. I'm guessing this was a scammer! Blocked of course.

Called from "my bank security" telling me that my card (no ref to debit or credit )had been used for £300 to Amazon and over £1000 to an international transaction. Usual press 1, 2 etc. DO NOT RESPOND. This is a premium call no. and you will be charged upwards of £20 just for dialling and then a high charge per second. DO NOT ANSWER OR HANG UP.
