Introduced himself as Peter from Telephone Preference Service. Asked if I was getting nuisance calls? So I told him he was one. But Peter continued unabashed and asked again and said I needed to register to stop these calls. So this time I said I did not want to stop them as I enjoyed the conversation. He asked if I didn't want to have them stop. But I again repeated that I liked them. This succeeded in confusing him immensely and he could not think what to say - haha Basically a complete scam - beware.
No answer. Called twice. Then got call from marketing idiots, whose number was unavailable. British at least.
This is a recorded message about claiming compensation for delayed flights. At the time of writing, I've not found this number reported on any unwanted call sites so it must be new. Number blocked on my phone.

Spam call - using an autodialler calling our business number with a pre recorded greeting about "I understand you are the home owner". I've had these calls on lift emergency lines and other "non residential" numbers. A total pain in the arse. Especially the lift / elevator number, they continue to call even though you explain that they've called a line for emergency use only.
