Fraud: treathning about losing Insurance Number thru prosecution if not answering and speaking to an operator. Once you are thru a very rough female voice with American accent is repeatedly (since I don't say a word) asking to identify yourself. Calling back the number doesn't work. Location origin of the call is supposed to be central London but I very much doubt it.

SCAM Caller stated they were from talk talk and someone had attempted to access our internet this morning therefore it was insecure. I became suspicious when caller tried to get me to download an app to my phone. Cancelled the call and Called talk talk directly. I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money.
