Here we go again, blocked all the numbers that called last month and now new numbers appear. Didn't answer, caller left message, called voicemail and got call centre noises and voices but no message

This is my house telephone number in Oswestry Shropshire. A 90 year old lady in some distress phoned me on this number today to ask why I had been contacting her. She told me she lives in Eastbourne and had been contacted from a number purporting to be from this one asking for finacial information. I explained I had not phoned her but it was probably a phishing scam and suggested she blocked it. I feel I needed to report this scam and this number on her behalf. Scum does not adequately label these people.
Rang off before I could answer. Don't recognise the number so not inclined to reply.

You end up cannot sleeping once this organisation gets sold your telephone number but you just cannot stop these people automating calls by a computer to keep you awake and deprived of your sleep!
