So after I received a call I asked him a few questions about the business etc and things didn t sit right, he also had no current address for me or know my d.o.b or email address.. I then said " due to the information you have provided me with I believe your working for an illegitimate company and therefor I won t disclose any information with you" his reply was "oh okay" any other company would have argued the toss with me to prove there legitimate... please phone me back or let s communicate through email

Like all the other comments, this was a recorded message claiming to be from Inland Revenue (I should have smelled a rat immediately at that point - it s HMRC now...) and that I was being sued.
