These are a scam outfit, call centre telling me that someone had ordered an iPhone 13 pro with my Amazon account, that my details had been leaked and they would put me through to Amazon to verify details, I haven’t even got an Amazon account. Beware this is a total scam!!!!

This number is a scam number - phoning about My MS computer, which I don't have. As soon as I challenged she hung up. The accent was foreign, but using common English forename- it is 100% a scam line.

As I am a Housing Rights Worker for Shelter, I am well aware of how to get repairs actioned. They went silent when I explained this. Called claiming to be from a utility company. They were very pushy and wouldn't listen when they were told they had the wrong person. I asked them to remove mu details from their system but they continue to call at least 8 times a day. I have blocked the number but then it goes straight to my answerphone and all I get silent messages with the sound of people laughing in the background.

Scam center, very unprofessional, by the way. Calling about some broadband errors, that wasn't even my provider, then when I said, that it sound suspicious, started yelling "shut up, shut up" on me and hung up. Very amusing experience
