I had a call from this number the well spoken call handler had my name, email address, home address and membership number. 03301596562 - From Claims Help Desk - Wanting to talk about an Old PPI Claim with my Bank. I asked them what the PPI Claim was, and she said "Oh my god". I said if I had an old PPI Claim can you tell me what it is? She then said I had an indication on her system that I may have one? I asked again what it was? She said I was just going to give you some information and then hung up saying to her colleague, "Oh my god". She obviously wasnt used to or expecting to answer any questions.
