This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I had a call from Barny White who asked for my husband. I put the phone down, he immediately rang back and said he was from NCPS Nuisance call Prevention Service. TV insurance scam. Seems to be cold calling everyone. We have no TV insurance, but started by saying "It shows you are paying £7 for TV insurance", when I replied "What a load of rubbish" they hung up. Reading the other comments it looks like everyone should do the same.
