As usual, when I was hard at work on something important that needed concentration, I got this call again. The usual recorded voice addressed me as "Dear customer". Before turning to Tellows I looked it up on another site and found there had been 169 complaints about it there alone in a few days. Surely the authorities can do something about this, or are the perpetrators so clever they cannot be traced? I hope they are, and that they will get their deserts for their criminal behaviour.

I've never been in a council property and they refuse to give you information on where this information has come from and it must have been an error. Well if you're calling on behalf of somewhere that's never had my information you clearly haven't got it from them nor is it why you're calling. He even said what you think i'm trying to scam you.
