These people have been ringing me twice daily for about two weeks. They rang me four times today and I finally picked up - total nonsense, a man on the end of the line explained that he was calling about a bank loan I took out in 2006 . I was fourteen in 2006. What a bunch of morons.
FRAUD ‘phone call from +44 2083684454 (This call originates from a bit of pavement in Trafalgar Square, Central London!) It’s a scam telling you of an “unauthorised” VISA payment on your account. (Even if you don’t have a VISA account! It encourages you to press 1 to speak to an adviser (someone will answer but however reassuring they are they DON’T work for VISA. They will keep you on the line while they empty your bank account after which, you’ll have lost all your money to them! DON’T press 1! Hang

This number is trying to send me a picture via mms on vodaphone. I do not have any contact with this phone number. I fear it is junk and I do not wish to open the attachment. This morning it sent me 3 of the same message in the space of four minutes. What should I do.

Scam. Automated call stating it was Amazon Financial Services and that I would be charged £39.99 for Amazon Prime. Stated that I should select ‘1’ to discuss the matter. Repeated same message then disconnected. May be using genuine number to attempt to make call seem legitimate.
Pushy mobile phone sales call and would not go away even after I made it clear that I wasn t interested in up-grading or changing contracts. In the end I had to just hang up. These calls are always a worry as they may phone my mum or elderly neighbours.

He is located in the UK but lists his location as Ralphs Ranch, San Francisco, California. He calls himself the Master of the Game - in stealing your money as a professional trader in financial services. SCAM Fraud BEWARE ! This number has only recently appeared on this site (August 2023) from other people checking. Caller says you've suspicious transactions on your card, knows your name and last four digits of the card. Asks you to check the balance, in my case without any security questions. Hung up on me and didn't call me back when I told him I keep very little in the account, whilst I was silently checking the account in the background. Calling on personal cell number about 'IT services' and domains I have registered - through my business. Challenged them on ignoring TPS, and fact that they have obtained data illegally since all domain registration detail is now 'redacted' - caller hung up. Sounded like a VOIP line, big call centre by the level of noise in the background and most likely Indian sub-continent from accent of caller.
This person was a scouser, who almost insisted who the solicitor was whom I was using, I would not tell him, so he call be a Bell end and rung off.
