The Database exists but it does NOT have this information. It is for tracking "the progress of UK renewable electricity projects over 150kW through the planning system".

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Similar numbers are reported as a telemarketing - scam PPI calls mainly. Did someone answer any number of this range? Is there any reason why companies use line with shared costs for just ringing you and left no message (other than scam...)? If this was a silent call for you, do not call back for any reason! Caller claimed the loft insulation I had installed would cause condensation and things had changed since the loft was last surveyed. He tried to pressure me into an immediate survey. When I asked if he knew when the last one was, he said he was new at the job & his manager would call me to arrange a survey today. When I started to speak defensively he ended the call. Fraud - tell you that HMRC have issued a warrant for your arrest and to press 1 then they leave the connection open at their end and charge you premium rates for the call. Please don't answer - people have lost up to £300 pressing 1 and then they continually try you on different numbers every day after this. This should have been stopped long ago by the authorities - it's a disgrace that it hasn't been.
