not sure who this is I haven't yet answered but I'm sure it is telemarketing as they phone 3-4 times a day everyday.
Many report this number as being Scottish Power... But what I got was a silent call typical of any scammer. And, as I don t have a Scottish Power bill owing I blocked the number! - I say it s a fake/fraud/phishing attempt.
