Apparently according to the system I have worked in a factory. Asked which system and received the reply the work system !! These people don t like to be questioned to any great extent as it exposes the holes in their ridiculous stories. Called the number back and it s a call centre that doesn t receive incoming calls.

Called and like others, reported to be from Microsoft, said that they had the serial number of windows that was reporting that my computer was being hacked as we spoke by a criminal gang (how ironic!) and that they were from an agency who needed to stop the gang by stemming the flow through my PC.....Said we know an IT expert who we would ask to take a look ourselves, he (called himself Peter Wilson) said that an expert would not be able to find it.
