My aged mother in law had a call from them saying they wanted to renew her prevention of nuisance calls. She asked me to speak to them as she could not clearly hear them. They said she had previously had this service and it had expired. To renew it they wanted what the caller called my mother in law's call protection number which was actually her debit card 16 digit number, in order to identify her. I have adopted this response to all un recognised incoming call. "Celebrity dating how can we help you". Use the campest voice you have. I got one i*iot to even tell me they were married and didn't need a date. Duhhhh! Puts a smile on my face every time. My kids love it. Then just block all calls and text from the number.
