Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036086xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with telemarketing calls, surveys, sometimes also accident chasers - insurance and PPI claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Caller claimed to be from vague named company calling about a non-existent accident. I tried to reported them to TPS as I m registered, but TPS say the company details cannot be verified, due to a lack of a UK physical address. TPS says it is harder to trace these callers, because of their vague company name. Also asked them to remove me from their calling list several times, and they refused to remove me every time.
