Finally answered after about 3 missed calls each day for a few consecutive days. Said they were Vodafone and did I have a couple of minutes to spare for customer satisfaction survey. Said fine. Then asked me account security questions. I said you called me, why would I tell you? No chance. They suggested if I was worried I could ring them afterwards and change my security settings!
