This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different. A common thing - telemarketing mostly uses a range of similar numbers. This one is mostly reported with PPI, insurance marketing, RTA - accident chasers, sometimes called themselves "First Call Group" - just another big call centre. Just block it or block the range, I have been using the mobile application from these pages, works fine, no problems. Blocked

The caller said he was from a car insurance firm, but really didn't sound like he was, not professional approach at all. I asked him not to call back and hung up. I don't know what he was really after, perhaps a scam, but hopefully I will never find out.
