Ask who they are, he is evasive and eventually responding "Sovereign" regarding foreign payments. If it's not amazon it's loft insulation or domestic appliance cover . The latter also a complete and utter nuisance. If all these callers actually got themselves proper jobs the country might not be in the mess it's in.
