After caller introduced himself to me, I politely informed him that I didn't have time to speak right now and tried to ask him to ring another time. I was talked over in a rude and patronising way telling me he wasn't trying to sell me anything. I cut in with that's fine but I need to go. He then screamed blue murder at me! I couldn't understand much of it, but I'm 100% sure I was called a bi*ch. Seriously, I have never been spoken to in my life like that. In the end I loudly told him to change his attitude

It's a scam. They have phoned me at least 6 time's saying i was in an accident that never happened then when i said the accident never happened they asked me if anyone in my house have had any accident or do i no anyone who has had an accident. ! SCAM !
