By the look of the searches being made now for this number it would appear that another scam is raising it's ugly head. Research shows that this is the area code for Banbridge, a suburb of Belfast and I most certainly do not have any connections with anyone in this area.No message left on answerphone so you can draw your own conclusions from that.

This number is a landline from Swansea, part of a number range 17929177xx dedicated to some call centre - by most users reported as a debts & loans, The Review Bureau - life insurance brokers etc. Probably some robocaller testing if the line is answering. When you pick it up prepare for real telemarketing offers :)...
A woman with a foreign accent knew my name. She identified she was calling from ‘Advantage’. I told her I was working and she said she would be really quick but had a few questions about households. I repeated that I was working and hung up. Advantage deal with Pets. We don’t have any pets, nor have we ever had any pets, so whoever passed them my details did not do their research.

Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck. we are called by this number at least two or three times a day every day. We have caller id and do not answer as we don t know anyone in Glastonbury. We have an answerphone but they never leave a message. I have reported the number to offcom have heard nothing. If anyone can tell me who they are I would be grateful.
