keeps asking me for my name without telling me who is calling,says he has good news for me once i give him my name and address,my names billy not silly so i told them nothing and then he called me a waste of his time and put the phone down on me

Rang me asking me confirm first line of my address and postcode, my reply was for security reasons i don t give my address to a random caller . They just kept asking for details Bad news these people

Called from Talk Talk Tech department to say to say a there is problem with our router. He required access to our PC. We are not talk talk customers and these calls are now coming in at a rate of 4 or 5 per day

They didn t give a damn about correcting a front window that was falling apart soon after installation - including the cill put in back-to-front.
