Just had another call from this company,whenever I receive these calls I always save number as bogus so I know whose calling before I answer and then I ll have a game with them and waste their time and money - this time I was playing thick and stupid - making them explain again and again same information THOUGH THEY DID KONW MY NAME !! had a great time !!!

Caller claimed they were calling because my Beko washing machine warranty had expired. I don t have a Beko washing machine. I gave this incorrect information to a unwanted cold call last week (Indian caller, UK Preference, claiming they were doing a survey). They have obviously passed my details to this company.

SCAM Female voice. The person pretended to be from a Bank. Whenever I heard the first few words I put the phone down because I realised that the call was a SCAM and that personal information was probably what was wanted.
05:18 on Christmas Day - missed called. Not impressed at being woken up at that time.

Same here, they rang me. I asked who they were, young man was adamant I give my details,as If!!!! Surely I would of had something in the post or an email of some kind instead of these young kids who call up. Im starting to wonder now. SCAM: the number that called was too long to be identified as a phone number - it had 006 44 in front of it, which is probably deliberate to make it impossible to search. I could hear a call centre. Indian sounding guy asked for me by name. Told him he had the wrong number & he hung up.
has anybody logged on car insurance sites as these calls started after I had posted my details to get car insurance. If these insurance companies are passing our information on surely its against the data protection laws and they should be prosecuted.
