the man asked if I have mould in the house and if there were any other issues. I said no, then he said ' l love you, do you love me?' so I hung up and he called again! He said, why did you hang up? So then I blocked the number.

Not sure tried to call it back and its saying they are but I did call the acutal British Passport office and they have told me that this number is FRAUD! so do not give any information of yours! to 02038597401 this is a fraudulent number. Called a number in Australia obviously a scam number probably piggy backing on another number or a number not in use.
Told me that I had large amounts coming out today, a simple check proved a scam
