Seems to be spam and related to 01772 367614 as they both asked about energy providers and called within the same hour.
I received spam for random too-good-to-be-true investment opportunities. They somehow know my name.
SCAM / SPAMcaller said was from bt. But switched thro to a caller speaking a very foreign language definitely not from Edinburgh as the code would suggest.

called by this number this morning - call centre noise in background - caller asked for me by name - i asked him where they got my number he said they work in conjunction with the motor insurance board re accidents - when I said I hadn t had an accident he hung up
